This curated evening will explore a range of seasonal wines—from refreshing patio sippers to bold reds that are right at home beside the grill. Together, we’ll taste through a lineup of bright, high-acid whites—including varieties like Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc—along with vibrant rosés, lighter-bodied reds, and bolder, spicier reds perfect for barbecue season. These wines are ideal for pairing with fresh spring cuisine, backyard gatherings, and those first warm evenings spent outdoors. Mike will guide guests through the styles, regions, and characteristics that make these wines shine—from crisp, refreshing bottles made for the patio to reds that stand up beautifully to smoky ribs and other grilled favorites. At the end of the class, guests will have the opportunity to purchase the wines poured during the tasting at a special discounted price available exclusively to attendees.
