Experience Level: All Levels; Ages 18+Immerse yourself in soothing sounds at a Candlelight Meditative Sound Bath on Mondays June 22, July 20, or Aug. 17 from 7-7:45 p.m. in the Mansion Library.Breath-centered grounding and the resonant tones of the bowls will help to guide students inward.These sessions offer a serene and contemplative atmosphere to soften, unwind, and settle into reflective stillness, reconnecting with yourself in a meaningful and restorative way.$25/person*. Ages 18+. Registration will close 1 day prior to each class or when capacity is reached. All sales are final.*Students should bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow, and dress for movement.
