You will be welcomed into our peaceful barn and invited to settle into a meditation chair designed to support deep meditation, surrounded by a calm and supportive atmosphere.
Kim Spear will gently guide you through Yoga Nidra, often called yoga sleep, a deeply restorative practice that allows the body and mind to fully relax. This soothing experience helps quiet the nervous system, ease anxiety, and support more restful sleep, offering relief from the mental and emotional load many mothers carry.
As you rest, the JPH Reiki team will offer hands on energy healing throughout the experience. Our Reiki practitioners are an integral part of this program, bringing deep compassion, presence, and care to each participant. Their healing touch supports relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional balance, helping the body release tension and restore a sense of harmony and well being.
