What ages is the Open Day suitable for?

Abbotsholme Open Day is for prospective families interested in any stage of an Abbotsholme education, from ages 2–18.

Can we meet current pupils and parents during the visit?

Yes. Our tours are led by current pupils, giving you the opportunity to hear first-hand about life at Abbotsholme and ask questions about their experiences. During refreshments, you will also have the chance to meet current parents and speak with them about the school and the wider community.

Do I need to book in advance to attend?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance so we can tailor your visit to best suit your child’s interests and ensure you have the best possible experience. However, we are always happy to welcome last-minute visitors.

Will we be able to see the boarding houses and facilities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our pupil-led tours include visits to key facilities across the campus, including the boarding houses, so you can experience the spaces where our pupils live, learn and spend their time.

Will there be opportunities to speak with teachers and staff?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Throughout the morning there will be plenty of opportunities to meet and speak with teachers and staff, both during the tours and at refreshments.
