Where is the best place to park?

Metered street parking is very limited. The best place for reliable parking is the AutoPark parking garage at Independence Mall. It is operated by the Philadelphia Parking Authority. Entrances are located on both 5th and 6th Streets between Market and Arch Streets.

What are the best mass transit options?

Accepted Answer

The nearest SEPTA stop is 5th St. (2 blocks) on the L or Blue line. The nearest PATCO stop is the Franklin Square Station (2 blocks). The nearest regional rail station is Jefferson Station at 11th and Market (6 blocks).
