Writing, at its core, is an outlet for our emotions and a way to immortalize the honest human experience. Whether you’re writing to get negative emotions out of your system and make sense of them or to immortalize the emotions that remind you of what makes life worth living, it’s all catharsis, and often necessary for growth and healing. Explore the magic of emotional vulnerability and discuss self-regulation strategies with Corazon Stegelin in our upcoming class, “Writing as Catharsis,” from 2 to 3 PM on Saturday, March 21. We hope to see you all there so we can write, feel, and heal together!
