The Motherhood Collective: Postpartum Roundtable

The Motherhood Collective: Postpartum Roundtable

Overview

Expert-led postpartum roundtable for moms: feeding support, mental health, bladder and intimacy concerns, and postpartum hair & skin changes

The Motherhood Collective: Postpartum Roundtable

Join us at Spiral Staircase for an intimate, expert-led conversation designed for moms in the infant and early toddler stage.

This monthly small-group roundtable brings together an infant feeding specialist, licensed therapist, and nurse practitioner to explore the real — and often unspoken — parts of postpartum in a supportive setting.

Topics may include:

• Infant feeding support and common challenges

• Postpartum anxiety, depression, and overwhelm

• Urinary leaking and intimacy concerns after birth

• Postpartum hair and skin changes

Each host will share brief insights from her area of expertise, followed by guided discussion and open Q&A. The goal is to provide evidence-based education while creating a safe space for honest conversation, connection, and support.

Whether you’re feeling confident or completely overwhelmed, you’re welcome here. This space is designed to normalize the ups and downs of early motherhood and remind you that you’re not alone.
