Cabochons are the slightly domed rocks and gemstones found in rings and pendants. Our two "cabbing" machines can shape and polish rocks, and it's easier than most people believe.

The course fee includes all tools and supplies, including rock slabs, for use in the class. Students will have their choice of rose quartz, jasper, or snowflake obsidian to create their masterpieces. Students also get three slabs for use on their own later.

MakeIt Lab members who take this course are authorized to use the lapidary studio on their own.
