<p>Gentle Healing Yoga is a slow, easygoing class designed for all levels. It’s especially welcoming for beginners, seniors, or anyone who prefers a softer approach to movement. Our motto is “Stretch… don’t strain.” You’ll move through gentle stretches while creating space to relax, unwind, and connect with your body in a supportive, positive environment.</p><p>Given on a sliding scale donation basis--pay what you can afford.</p>
