Overview

An unforgettable afternoon of merriment & coastal cuisine showcasing local chefs & one of our favorite delicacies. Benefitting Fuse Project.

Oyster Revel is a culinary event hosted by The Scout Guide Mobile Bay at the historic Fort Condé Inn in downtown Mobile. The event celebrates one of Mobile Bay’s most beloved delicacies — the oyster — while showcasing the remarkable culinary talent found on both sides of the Bay.

Guests purchase tickets to enjoy a festive afternoon of community, exceptional food and drinks, live music, and creative oyster dishes prepared by some of the Gulf Coast’s most talented chefs.

Oyster Revel brings together chefs, local businesses, and community supporters for an evening that highlights the rich food culture of the Gulf Coast and the vibrant restaurant scene of the Mobile Bay area.

Most importantly proceeds from the event benefit The Fuse Project, whose mission is to improve the lives of underprivileged youth in our community through education, literacy initiatives, and community improvement programs.
