Women's gentle hike- Paradise Valley Cons Area (with guided breathwork)

This is a chance to move your body, spend time outdoors, and enjoy meaningful connection in a peaceful natural setting. We’ll begin our time together with a calming 10-minute guided breathwork practice before starting the hike.

Please meet in the parking lot at 10:30 AM.

Wear comfortable hiking clothes and sturdy footwear, as the trails may be muddy.
