What time should I arrive?

Puppy Yoga will begin promptly at 10am for the first session. We recommend showing up a bit earlier so you can unroll your mat, get situated, and grab a coffee or matcha from RAD Coffee Club! Second session can arrive as early as 10:45 but may not enter the room until first session ends.

What should I bring?

All patrons are required to bring their own mat. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes to move around in.

Question 3

Can I buy tickets for both sessions?

Accepted Answer

No, patrons will not be allowed to buy tickets for both sessions. This is to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy puppy yoga. If you purchase tickets for both time slots you will be refunded.

Question 4

Is there an age restriction?

Accepted Answer

All ages are welcome. Any yogis under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult.

Question 5

What if I've never done yoga before?

Accepted Answer

This is an all-levels class. Rachel will guide the group in simple movements with alternative options for more advances yogis. Puppies will be roaming the room and we encourage guests to pause their movement and be present with the puppies anytime they're approached!

Question 6

Why does this event cost $45?

Accepted Answer

All proceeds from the event will be split between two local nonprofits ; Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary and the Rock River Development Partnership as well as the yoga instructor. Your ticket is actually a donation to two really great causes, AND you get to have a fun morning with puppies!
