How much do tickets cost?

Tickets cost $62 each + Eventbrite processing fees.

How many tickets can I purchase at a time?

1-10 tickets can be purchased at a time.

Are the busses wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

No. Unfortunately the vehicles we have this year are not wheelchair accessible.

Can I purchase a ticket for a child?

Yes. However, an adult chaperone is required for any/all children under the age of 18.

Are tickets refundable?

No. All ticket sales are final.

How many bookstores are included on the bus routes?

11-12 bookstores, depending on the route.

What time do I need to show up for my bus route?

All participants should report to their route's starting bookstore at 9:00 am SHARP on Saturday, April 25, 2026. You may arrive before 9:00 am if you wish, but you may be asked to wait outside until 9, so plan accordingly! The bus schedules are tight, and busses WILL NOT WAIT for late participants.

What time will my bus route be done?

All bus routes will report to their route's ending store no later than 5:00 pm on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

Question 10

Can I bring food/drink on the bus?

Accepted Answer

Only sandwiches and energy bars are allowed on board (no hot/cooked food, popcorn, pretzels, chips). Plastic coolers or portable cooler bags are allowed on board (no styrofoam coolers). Water bottles are allowed. BYOB, but NO ALCOHOL.
