Arrival
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a intimate cooking space where you’ll meet your chef-host and fellow guests before we’ll walk you through the basics of pasta making and the ingredients you’ll be using. Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves.
Make Fresh Pasta
Your chef-host will demonstrate how to make fresh pasta dough using simple ingredients. You’ll learn the proper ratios, mixing techniques, and how to knead the dough until it reaches the perfect texture.
Roll and Shape Your Pasta
Once your dough is ready, you’ll roll it out and shape it into your pasta. Along the way, you’ll learn tips used in Italian kitchens to get the right thickness and texture.
