Overview

How to keep from burning out and what to do if you're already there!

Join us for a conversation at First Security Park campus with Matt Stagg and Bill Reed on balance and burnout. During our time we will discuss the severity of burnout, identify warning signs, and leave with a strategy for recovery.

Matt Stagg has been Splash Carwash for over 12 years and currently serves as their CEO. Prior to joining Splash, Matt worked for DD&F Consulting, a bank consulting firm in Little Rock

Bill Reed spent 37 years at Riceland Foods, Inc., rising to senior vice president of corporate communications and public affairs, serving in leadership roles across business, civic, and faith-based organizations, and gaining extensive boardroom and industry experience.

The Workmatters Forum is a quarterly gathering for Central Arkansas professionals to wrestle over critical topics for Christians in the workplace. Join us to connect, be inspired, and leave with a plan to make a difference where you are.

Lunch will be provided by Tazikis.
