What age is this workshop for?

This program is recommended for children ages 7–11. It's specifically built for this age group- the activities, language, and coaching style are all tailored to be engaging and age-appropriate.

Does my child need any prior experience?

Not at all! This program is designed for all kids regardless of experience. Whether your child is naturally outgoing or a bit shy, this workshop meets them where they are and helps them grow.

What does the session schedule look like?

A detailed week-by-week schedule will be sent to all registered participants before the cohort begins on April 20, 2026. You'll know exactly what to expect for each session well in advance.

What if we miss a session?

We understand that life happens! If your child is unable to attend their scheduled session, they are welcome to make up the class by attending one of our other available time slots within the same week.

When will the Future Leaders Deck arrive?

Your deck will be shipped within 1–2 weeks of completing registration. We recommend signing up early to ensure it arrives before your first session on April 20th.

Is this appropriate for homeschool families?

Absolutely! This program is a fantastic complement to any homeschool curriculum. The skills covered (self-management, communication, critical thinking, and community problem-solving) align beautifully with social-emotional learning goals.

What is the refund policy?

Meet Your Coach: Ara Oh

Ara Oh is the founder of LeaderQuest and a leadership development professional with 15+ years of experience in management consulting and leadership coaching. She created LeaderQuest after recognizing a simple truth: the communication and leadership skills that transform careers and relationships aren't being taught to kids enough.

Ara brings the same frameworks used in professional leadership development and makes them fun, relatable, and immediately useful for children. Her approach is warm, encouraging, and built around the belief that every child can grow into a confident, capable leader.

What Your Child Will Learn

The workshop is organized into three progressive programs that build on each other across 6 weeks:

🌱 Roots — "Leading Myself" (Weeks 1–2)

Before leading others, we learn to lead ourselves. Your child will build self-awareness, develop a growth mindset, and practice the habits of confident, responsible leaders.

🌿 Branches — "Leading with Others" (Weeks 3–4)

Great leaders know how to listen, collaborate, and communicate. Your child will practice teamwork, empathy, conflict resolution, and how to inspire the people around them.

🌸 Bloom — "Leading the World" (Weeks 5–6)

Leadership is about making a difference beyond yourself. In the final stretch, your child will explore how to solve real-world problems, think critically, and lead with purpose and impact.
