HER HAUS | Matcha & Meditation

Guided meditation, sound bath, and matcha to mark the Spring Equinox.

Held for the Spring Equinox, HER HAUS returns to the idea of home, beginning with the one we carry within ourselves.

The afternoon will feature a guided meditation and restorative sound bath led by Paige of Undone. The practice offers a pause: a moment to slow down, settle in, and reset before the pace of the season begins to shift.

After the meditation, guests are invited to stay for matcha from Matchacita.

Each spot also includes a small take-home gift to extend the practice at home.

An intentionally simple weekend afternoon: time on the mat and space to ease into the day together.

HER HAUS is a new Sage Haus series for women+ to explore home as a place of alignment and creativity. Events are intentionally small and designed to create space for reflection, conversation, and shared experience.
