About Isabel:Isabel Vialpando is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher through CorePower Yoga with a background in psychology from San Jose State University. Her teaching is deeply shaped by her academic foundation and her experience supporting individuals across diverse stages of life and ability, including people with dementia and children with autism.Isabel specializes in grounding, intentional vinyasa classes that support nervous system regulation and emotional balance. She thoughtfully weaves breath, movement, and moments of stillness to help students reconnect inward and build both physical strength and inner resilience.Her classes are designed to be supportive and non-judgmental spaces where students feel seen, safe, and empowered to move in ways that honor their bodies. Isabel believes yoga should be accessible, intuitive, and adaptable, offering options and modifications so practitioners of all levels can feel confident and supported.
