*****Grab the perfect Middle School, High School, or College graduation gift—and your tissues—as we welcome Christina Geist back to Bedford Books for a special conversation with her husband, Willie Geist, about her book Before You Fly Away: Life Lessons From Home.Originally written as a letter to her children before they left home, Before You Fly Away is filled with warmth, wisdom, and the kind of life lessons young people carry with them as they step into the world.Christina and Willie will talk about the inspiration behind the book, the emotions that come with watching your kids grow up, and the messages they hope readers take with them as they begin their next chapter.The book is being re-released by Andrews McMeel on April 7, so we’re celebrating with a little “Pub Day Eve” gathering at the store. We’ll have books available for purchase and signing, along with light refreshments. Ticket price includes a $20 shopping credit to use at the event. Join us!
