This weekend started from a simple idea.

As founders ourselves, we realized how rare it is to step away from the day-to-day long enough to actually think about the bigger picture. When you're running a business, most of your time is spent working in it: solving problems, making decisions, and keeping things moving.

So we decided to create the kind of space we wished existed: a small group of founders getting out of their normal environment for a weekend to reset, think clearly, and have real conversations about what we're building.

No presentations. No packed schedules. No formal conference vibe.

Just good people, thoughtful discussions, time in nature, and the kind of perspective that happens when founders step away from their routine.

We’ll take advantage of everything Estes Park has to offer (whether that’s a morning walk or hike, riding the Estes Park Aerial Tramway, gathering around a firepit in the evening, or simply taking in the mountain views and stargazing).

The weekend will be hosted by Wes Colton and Janet Counts, who will help guide conversations and discussions throughout the weekend.

To keep the experience relaxed and conversational, this weekend is intentionally limited to just 8 founders.
