Is the church wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The building and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

Question 2

Will childcare be available?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no childcare available for this event.

Question 3

Is there overflow space available, once the Sanctuary is full?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We will livestream the event to our Fellowship Hall, where additional seating will be available. Our sanctuary holds 300-350 people, with overflow in Fellowship Hall holding approximately 250.

Question 4

Is the event(s) available via livestream?

Accepted Answer

Yes - but  only at the event in our overflow seating space. Otherwise, no, it will not be available to those not attending the event.  On Sunday, April 12, John Pavlovitz will be our guest pastor, and our 2 church services will be live-streamed on YouTube and available to anyone not in attendance.

Question 5

Can I register one time for both Friday and Saturday events?

Accepted Answer

No, you will need to register for each event separately. Tickets do not provide assigned seats nor do they guarantee Sanctuary seating over Fellowship Hall (overflow space) seating.

Question 6

Where will I be able to park? (We encourage carpooling.)

Accepted Answer

Limited parking, including handicap accessible, is available behind the church. Friday and Saturday event parking can also be found nearby in business and city lots, including the Presbyterian Church & Mount Vernon Bank & Trust. Street parking is also available uptown & in surrounding neighborhoods.

Question 7

What if I register for a ticket and  then I am unable to attend?

Accepted Answer

Please cancel your free registration through the EventBrite tickets page which allows others to take your spot. All empty seats will be released 10 minutes prior to the start of the event.

Question 8

What if I arrive late?

Accepted Answer

Due to limited seating, all empty seats will be released to any guests arriving without an EventBrite ticket. Depending on available seating, we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals with tickets, but we cannot guarantee a seat for late arrivals.
