Do I need to purchase entry to the Botanical Garden in order to attend the event?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not need to pay for entry to the Botanical Garden to enter the County Fair Building and attend this event. We do, however, encourage you to donate to the Botanical Garden with your RSVP if you are able.

Does my ticket assign me a seat?

Accepted Answer

Seating for this event is first come, first serve.  Priority seating will be given to wheelchair users and those with mobility devices and other attendees with disabilities.  You can request priority seating with your RSVP.

What are transit and parking options for the County Fair Building?

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

If you purchase a ticket that includes a copy of In Trees, you may request a refund up to 24 hours prior to the event. Refunds requests will not be accepted after that timeframe or after the event itself.

Question 5

What if I can no longer attend but would still like my copy of the book?

Accepted Answer

If for whatever reason you are unable to attend but would still like your copy of In Trees, it will be available for pick up at our 1231 9th Ave location after the event at no extra charge. If you would like your book shipped, additional charges will apply.
