Sips & Support- The Sleep Conversation That Changes Everything

Sips & Support- The Sleep Conversation That Changes Everything

The Empty CornerArlington Heights, IL
Wednesday, Apr 1 from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm
Overview

Join us in the sleep conversation that changes everything about the early postpartum journey for new parents.

A curated evening for expecting & early postpartum parents who want practical guidance, meaningful conversation, and connection.

Sleep is one of the most talked-about — and least planned-for — parts of early parenthood.

Sips & Support: A Parent Social is a curated monthly gathering for expecting and early postpartum parents who want practical guidance, meaningful conversation, and connection in an intimate, elevated setting.

For our April event, we’ll focus on the sleep conversation couples should have before exhaustion sets in. We’ll explore what sleep really looks like in the early months, how expectations shape experience, and how planning together can prevent resentment and burnout.

This isn’t a lecture — and it’s not a therapy circle.

It’s structured, supportive, and designed to feel approachable.

Your signature Parentmosa (our zero-proof citrus welcome pour) will be waiting when you arrive, along with lite bites and another thoughtfully crafted mocktail.

We’d love to have you at the table.

*Non-mobile babies welcome.

**This is the first event in a recurring monthly series

***Limited to 30 guests to preserve intimacy.
