40 hours of in-person PCA instruction
Hands-on skills practice and competency check-off
TB (Tuberculosis) screening guidance
Fingerprint background check guidance
Preliminary PCA Skills Certificate

Do I need previous healthcare experience?

No previous experience is required. This program is designed for beginners and anyone interested in learning PCA skills.

Is the training online or in-person?

This training program will be a hybrid setup. Monday - Wednesday will be online learning sessions. Thursday and Friday will be in-person at our main office, including hands-on skill practice, self-review exercises, and the final skills check-off.

Notebook and pen for taking notes
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for hands-on practice

Is TB testing or background check required for training?

TB screening and fingerprint background check guidance are provided for students who choose to complete them. If a student opts out of these screenings during training, the training cost may be prorated.
