In this guided tasting we will spend time with the color, texture, and aroma of matcha while learning how it is grown, stone ground, and prepared.You will taste several styles of matcha and experience how small changes can completely transform the drink. Toward the end we will add ingredients like lavender, rose, and peppermint and see how many directions matcha can take.By the time the tasting wraps up you may be asking yourself how many ways matcha can actually be prepared.To close out the evening we will slow things down with a warm cup of rooibos tea.<h3>What your ticket includes</h3>Guided tasting of several matcha varieties Matcha preparation demonstration Flavor additions including lavender, rose, and peppermint A warm cup of rooibos tea to finish the eveningClass Perk Participants receive 15% off all purchases made during the class. *This discount is valid only while the class is in session.Space is limited and these tastings tend to fill up quickly.
