This class explores food traditions and cultural influences while sharing practical, heart-friendly swaps you can use at home—all while honoring heritage and authentic flavors.📅 Monday, April 27, 2026 ⏰ Choose from two time slots: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM or 6:00- 8:00 PM (2-hour classes)Not a fan of this cuisine?
