What should I bring?

Bring a water bottle, a sweat towel, and comfortable athletic clothing you can move in. Athletic shoes are recommended. Most importantly, bring your energy!

What is the workout format?

The workout uses a circuit-style structure with 45 seconds of movement followed by 15 seconds of rest. Participants rotate through exercises targeting the lower body, upper body, and core, all set to live DJ music.
