Join us for an early-evening workshop designed for practitioners who want to deepen the inner dimensions of their yoga practice and cultivate a meditation ritual that is stable, intelligent, and sustainable.

While asana refines the body and breath, meditation trains the mind—clarifying attention, stabilizing awareness, and allowing the benefits of practice to extend beyond the mat and into daily life. In this workshop, you’ll be guided through meditation and learn how to design a simple daily ritual that supports your nervous system, your schedule, and your long-term intentions as a practitioner.

Led by Hector Marcel, master meditation teacher known for translating ancient buddhist traditions into practical tools for modern life, this session explores why meditation works, how repetition shapes the mind, and how small, consistent practices can lead to meaningful transformation.

This special event is presented in partnership with Ahana Yoga as part of the 30-year anniversary celebration of the Three Jewels community, honoring three decades of sharing meditation, wisdom traditions, and practical tools for inner wellbeing.

You’ll leave with a personalized meditation framework—a steady anchor you can return to for clarity, resilience, and presence both on and off the mat.
