But what happens when people who deeply disagree actually spend time together?Bridging the Gap is a new documentary series that follows filmmaker Dave Rosenberg and producer Susan Gorrell, who come from very different political perspectives, as they travel across the country meeting Americans from across the political spectrum. Along the way they confront their own assumptions, fears, and disagreements while searching for something rare in today’s climate: genuine human connection.Through uncomfortable conversations, surprising moments of humor, and unexpected friendships, the film explores a simple but urgent question: Can Americans who disagree still sit down, listen, and learn from each other?Join us for a special public screening of an episode of Bridging the Gap followed by a live discussion and audience Q&amp;A with the filmmakers and participants.Whether you’re conservative, liberal, independent, or simply tired of the constant political noise, this event invites you to step outside the echo chamber and experience a different kind of conversation.This will be a hybrid event currently open to Southern California.
