Note from the organizer:

This conference is a not for profit, fully student-run, educational purpose-oriented conference, with the goal of encouraging high quality and balanced conversations from multi-parties.

A group of 10 unpaid students work in the conference prep team. The operation of the conference is not commercially sustainable and would incur an immediate, at least $35k net loss, if the conference team charged the lowest, legal hourly rate.

The conference is not a "pay-to-speak" conference, and tickets are cost-based price with little margin to cover the prep team's logistics and meals. The conference prep team appreciates and highly respects our generous sponsors and supporters who go the extra step to support the conference.
