The experience is rooted in:
• Radical honesty
• Emotional awareness
• Community healing
• Reflection without judgment
What to Expect
When you arrive, you will step into a candle-lit space designed for meaningful conversation, reflection, and connection. Guests will check in, settle into the room, and have the opportunity to order drinks or light bites while meeting others in a relaxed, intentional environment.
The evening opens with a welcome from our host, who will introduce the purpose of the gathering and set the tone for the experience. Guests will then pull a card from the To Be Honest card deck and take a moment to reflect before the conversations begin.
The first live podcast segment, Truth in Business, features a small group of guests sharing honest reflections about entrepreneurship, leadership, burnout, and the realities of building something meaningful. Afterward, attendees will participate in Table Truths, a short small-group discussion where one person shares their reflection while others listen without judgment or advice.
There will be a brief intermission where guests can enjoy the signature cocktail “The Honest Pour,” light bites, and contribute to the evening’s reflection wall.
The experience continues with Truth in Community, where selected audience members are invited to the mic to share reflections about relationships, partnerships, and what it truly takes to build and support community.
The evening closes with a guided reflection and conversation with the full room, followed by a short closing circle and invitation to stay connected with the WIN community and future To Be Honest After Hours experiences.
