No. Participants remain aware and in control throughout the experience. The hypnotic guidance simply helps the mind and body enter a deeply relaxed, receptive state.

• Comfortable clothing • A yoga mat or blanket for added comfort will be provided or bring your own. • Water

Space is intentionally limited.

This experience is limited to 10 participants per session to maintain an intimate and supportive environment.
