What does a ticket get me?

You gain access to the many and varied vendors we will have on site.

Do I have to pay the vendors after I gain entry?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the vendors who are selling a product or service will charge. They will only serve to people with a ticket.

Question 3

What kind of donations do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept new or gently used shoes. Volunteers reserve the right to reject a donation. We also accept donations via card, Zelle, PayPal, and other popular merchant services. Cash donations require a written receipt and may not be accepted.

Question 4

If someone donates more than they need to enter, can I get in for free?

Accepted Answer

No. Parties must be together and present to gain entry. Overflow will not go toward other parties' tickets. We need as many donations as possible.

Question 5

I purchased a ticket but decided not to go, can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds requested more than 10 days prior to the event may be refunded for any reason. Shoes donated at any point will not be returned.
