Question 1

Are refunds offered if I can not attend a show?

Accepted Answer

No, all ticket sales are final. Our jazz club features limited seating and high demand for performances, and as a result, we do not offer refunds or credit for purchased tickets under any circumstances (unless the show is cancelled).

Question 2

Are food and drinks served?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have a full bar. We also offer a menu of small sharable plates, including a charcuterie plate and a sweets plate.

Question 3

Other Questions?

Accepted Answer

Feel free to give us a call at 860-772-6561 or send an email to: manager@thesidedoorjazz.com

Question 4

How does seating work?

Accepted Answer

It is open seating (first come first serve). The closer you arrive to the time doors open (7:15), the more options you will have for seating.

Question 5

What time do doors open?

Accepted Answer

Doors open at 7:15 PM and the show starts at 8:00 PM
