Sunset Yoga + Sound Bath at Shelley Lake Park

Whether you're new to yoga or just looking for a peaceful evening outdoors, this experience is for you. Classes include meditation & mindfulness; movement & a restorative sound bath in a beautiful location.

When: Every other Wednesday throughout the spring & summer. Start time will move based on sunset & heat. Please check the start time listed for the specific date you are attending

• Limited yoga mats available for use
• Sunscreen, bug spray & towel may be helpful

Registering: Prior sign up is encouraged, but not required! Community contributions accepted through Eventbrite or at the event.
