Join Jessica of East Mtn Candle for Mystery Flame Awakening — a serene afternoon ritual at Four Sisters Winery. Let a mystery flame choose you from East Mtn Culture’s six foundational qualities: Courage, Dreams, Joy, Intimacy, Abundance, Serenity. Craft your own 12 oz soy intention candle with guided education on safe pouring and mindful blending. Practice two breathwork exercises: 4-7-8 to calm your nervous system and Breath of Joy to uplift your energy. Take home your candle plus a guided workbook with reflections and mantras. Enjoy a wine tasting and snacks during the event (included). Candles need 24–48 hours to fully set; pick up at the winery during business hours or opt for shipping ($12 additional per candle).
