These fun Sunday morning sessions are intimate, four-person table experiences designed for people who are thoughtful, self-aware, and ready for their physiology to match their potential.If you’ve done the mindset work… read the books… understand your patterns… and still feel tension, reactivity, or subtle stress running underneath your life: this is where we work.This is nervous system organization.In a small, curated group of four, we work at the level where lasting change happens: the body’s electrical and mechanical systems. She creates the conditions for the body to reorganize itself: restoring coherence, expanding capacity, and reconnecting individuals to their innate wisdom and resilience.Her work supports individuals navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, identity shifts, and performance demands.
