Join Us for an Afternoon of FREE Live Music Centered Around Mental Health

Music Neighbors presents Good Neighbors Listen, a FREE concert series that is all about community, music, and wellness. Join us for a unique experience that combines live music performances with discussions about mental health.

Each show will feature 2 Solo Performances, a Full Band Performance, and a Mental Health Discussion Panel.

  • 3:00pm: Doors open: FREE: 18+ General Public
  • 4:00pm: Solo Performances Featuring: Heart Thief and Lewis Stubbs Junior
  • 4:50pm: Full Band Performance Featuring: Sam Trowbridge
  • 5:30pm: Mental Health Discussion Panel (Music Artists and a Therapist)
  • 5:50pm: Live Q&A from Audience

During the Solo and Full Band Performances, music artists will share the story and meaning behind the lyrics before each song is performed. Musicians will also discuss how they use music therapeutically for emotional support, mental health, and community building.

During the Mental Health Discussion Panel, all of the music artists will come back onstage for a sit-down interview and panel discussion led by a licensed therapist from Airo Counseling. They will share their story, mental health journeys, and how music helped them manage life’s challenges.

Each show will end with a Live Q&A from the audience to give them the opportunity to participate in the mental health conversations.
