About this Dinner: In this Chef-led experience, our expert will guide you through a multi-course culinary exploration of Rome’s most iconic dishes as you learn the history, cultures, and traditions of the famed city. This multi-course dinner will feature antipasto, secondo, and dessert, and you’ll learn how to make each dish for yourself at home!


In this Class You Will:

  • Learn about the traditions and culture of Rome
  • Enjoy a 3-course dinner with antipasto, portions of each pasta dish, and dessert
  • Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make all four Roman Pastas - Pasta Cacio e Pepe, alla Gricia, Amatriciana, and Carbonara
  • Take home the menu and recipes from the class

Menu:

  • Fettuccine alla Papalina – “The Pope’s Fettuccine” with Prosciutto, Spring Peas, and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
  • Coda alla Vaccinara – Traditional Roman Oxtail Stew
  • Crostata di Ricotta e Visciole – Roman Cherry Tart

  • One ticket purchase is valid for one guest
  • Seating is first-come, first-served
  • Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
  • All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older
