As part of the Minneapolis Club Speaker Series, Ember Reichgott Junge—former Minnesota State Senator, TV political analyst, amateur ballroom dancer, and author of The Dance of Resilience (distributed by Simon & Schuster)—will share a compelling conversation on how partner dance supports resilience, healing, and brain health at every age. She will be joined by fellow Club member and longtime dancer, WCCO Radio host Vineeta Sawker, blending inspiring personal stories with emerging scientific research showing how dance can help reduce dementia risk, ease Parkinson’s symptoms, and strengthen emotional well-being. The program will also explore how movement is increasingly being recognized as a powerful, cost-effective wellness tool.
