The Grand Events Group Menu Tasting 04/18/26

The Grand is a catering company and premium event space within the Lake County Courthouse, located in the center of Crown Point’s Historic District. Nicknamed “The Grand Old Lady,” this magnificent brick building features Romanesque Revival and Classical Georgian style architecture. It was dedicated in 1880 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Grand Events

When arriving for the tasting please use the East or West entrance. This will take you straight to the 2nd floor of the Courthouse and the tasting will be held in The Maki Ballroom.Please email Jillian at jillian@merakihospitalitygroup.com with any specific menu items you would be interested in trying at the tasting.Chef Michael will do his best to feature menu item(s) from your selected package although it will not be guaranteed.Spaces are limited and we want to ensure that all couples have the chance to participate.
