Concepts of Designed Landscapes

Concepts of Designed Landscapes

288 Main StAndes, NY
Tuesday, Mar 24 from 4 pm to 6 pm
Overview

with Charles Bonnes

Charles Bonnes, Andes resident and long-time educator of Landscape Design will be sharing decades of knowledge with the town of Andes to explore landscape concepts through the years. Many of us will recognize the Bonnes garden as a recurring gardens on the local Andes Garden Tours, as well as the West Kortright Garden Tour, and the Nature Conservancey Garden Tours through the years.

We will investigate, attractive historic gardens to understand how to employ these concepts within our own space.

The aim of the lecture is to advance a conceptual framework for the understanding and enjoyment of designed landscapes as a unique and meaningful art form.
