When is payment due & when do benefits start?

IIDA MAC requires that all sponsors enroll by December 19, 2025 and pay in full by January 30, 2026. If payment is not received in full by the dedicated due date, then your sponsorship will not be active. Sponsorship benefits run from February 1 – January 31 of the following year.

What are the rules surrounding social media content?

Reference the 2026 Sponsorship package, which can be found on the sponsorship page of iidamac.org for guidlines.

Question 3

What types of events am I able to host?

Accepted Answer

Virtual and in-person engagements like CEUs, forums, PLAID sessions, city center meetings, membership/advocacy/student events, project/site tours and virtual presenters/workshops. Partnered event hosting between sponsors will also be available.

Question 4

How does the Cosmo Couture fashion team discount work?

Accepted Answer

Any chapter sponsor paying for a Cosmo Couture team will receive the outlined discount. If partnering with another sponsor to pay for a team, we will accept the higher discount. Discounts cannot be combined. If a sponsor is partnering with a non-sponsor, we will accept the sponsor's discount.

Is Membership the same as Sponsorship?

Accepted Answer

Although being an IIDA MAC Sponsor comes with many benefits, it does not mean that you are an IIDA MAC Member. IIDA MAC members receive perks like discounted rates to our events and the ability to volunteer on a chapter committee, but membership status is not correlated to sponsorship.
