Rockefeller State Park Preserve was created through several farsighted and generous gifts to the State of New York by the Rockefeller Family since 1983. It is designated as a “park-preserve” to highlight and protect its natural, historical, and cultural values. Relieve stress and explore the connection between breath and movement with instructor, Shivani Singh. Classes will now take place indoors in the Art Gallery by the main entrance, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful environment as the seasons change.Appropriate for all levels of experience, ages 18+. Cost: $6/class.Please bring a yoga mat and water. Again, these sessions are NOT at Rockwood, they are in the Art Gallery next to the parking lot at our main entrance.
