Where should I park?

Parking is available along Lynn Street and you will have a short walk down our driveway. We will have signage to direct you. Please contact us if you need closer parking and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I take public transportation to the farm?

Accepted Answer

Yes! MBTA Bus route #435 (Liberty Tree Mall to Central Square Lynn) stops at Lynn Street and Fairview Avenue, one block from the farm.

Question 3

What should I bring with me?

This is generally an informational session, so feel free to bring a note pad if you'd like to takes notes. Dress for walking around on uneven ground.

Do I have to register in advance?

Accepted Answer

This event does have a maximum group size, so we recommend you register in advance. Day-of walk-ins are welcome only if spots are still available.

Can I bring my young children?

The intended audience for Margi's workshop is adults, but you are welcome to bring a young one if they are interested in these practices! We request you keep them close and directly supervised at all times.

How does sliding scale pricing work?

Accepted Answer

We aim to keep our events accessible, no matter your income, while also keeping the farm's programs sustainable. You are welcome to whichever price fits your needs. If you are  Card 2 Culture member, you are welcome to choose the "Reduced" option (half price per person)- no code needed.

Question 7

What is the Card 2 Culture program?

Accepted Answer

Newhall Fields participates in the Mass Cultural Council's Card 2 Culture program, which provides reduced tickets to EBT, WIC, or Connectorcare cardholders. Reduced tickets to this event are limited, so it is first come, first served.
