Soften: A sound bath experience

Mallory has been teaching yoga for over four years, offering a variety of different class styles as well as retreats, workshops, and special events. She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and is a Master Certified Wellness Coach, bringing a holistic, thoughtful perspective to her teaching. She spent years as a professional dancer and is passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone. She strives to create a safe, welcoming space where people—especially nurses and caregivers—can tune into their bodies and support their well-being. When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her outside hiking, paddle boarding, or enjoying time in nature.

Join Mallory, yoga instructor and sound practitioner for this hour long experience. A note on pricing for this event. I am offering community supported pricing options; a standard ticket rate, a supporter rate and a equity rate. I believe that everyone deserves access to healing practices, and am offering these options in effort to make this event more easily attainable for our community.
