Be in Charge of This Moment - Breema Retreat Weekend

Hummingbird Valley Retreat CenterSanta Cruz, CA
Friday, April 24-Sunday, April 26  •  6:30 PM-5 PM
Overview

Please join us during this retreat weekend where you can discover self-care exercises, partner bodywork, and Nine Principles of Harmony.

Life sometimes feels out of control.
But there is always one step you can take towards balance—and it starts with connecting mind and body.

Challenging or destabilizing events often cause us to react with fear or hopelessness. But they could also remind us that we need a new way to relate to life.

Breema and the Nine Principles of Harmony offer a new approach to life, enabling us to to move from insecurity toward stability, from confusion toward clarity. We can start to experience that everything and everyone actually supports us. Each one of these weekend classes presents new and unique material. We'll use the bodywork exchanges and exercises to get a first-hand taste of the Nine Principles of Harmony, and explore their use in gaining greater self-understanding, and in finding a new, more fulfilling relationship to life.

You can participate in the entire weekend, or attend just one or more of the four workshops. Pre-registration is recommended. Call or email the Breema Center for more information.

CE is available for massage therapists and bodyworkers, nurses, LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs. $10 fee for processing.
