About Your Instructor

Jill Kummer has been a culinary instructor for several years, teaching at Westmoreland County Community College and Pittsburgh Technical College, where she specializes in beverage management, wines, and spirits. After a successful career in food and beverage within the hotel industry, she transitioned into education to share her passion for wine and hospitality. Her expertise and approachable style make every tasting both informative and enjoyable.
