This is accessible to all bodies and experience levels.Hour Two: Immersive Sound + Reiki + MassageSink into a deeply restorative sound bath supported by hands-on Reiki and massage bodywork. Allow yourself to fully receive.This event is ideal for those seeking:– Emotional release– Nervous system reset– Seasonal intention setting– Deep relaxation– Spiritual reconnectionSpace is limited to maintain an intimate healing container.What to Bring:Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, items to be cozy during Sound Bath, any items for the alter, journal and water bottle.

Agenda

Cleaning the chakra, meridian and lymphatic systems of the body; cleaning away old energy of winter and welcoming the new energy of spring. A combination of intentional breath with easy flow movements. 

Somatic Breath & Movement

A 45 minute emersive sound bath with 11 crystal sound bowls, Chau gong, tuning forks, chimes, ocean drum and more. There is hands on reiki and massage available during sound bath for those that want hands on body work. This is a unique sound and body opportunity that allows for deep healing and relaxation. 

Mediative Emersive Sound Bath

The evening will conclude with a guided integration and closing circle. During this time, we allow the body and spirit to absorb the healing frequencies and energetic shifts from the ceremony, grounding the renewal and intentions of the Spring Equinox within. Together we will close the space with gratitude and presence.
