There's nothing like making your own delicious pasta from scratch!Pasta is a staple in Italian cuisine and has been since around 1154. Now, in American culture pasta is seen as something quick and easy from a box. In this class, we will get back to the roots of Italian cuisine by creating delicious pappardelle pasta and accompany it with a creamy classic Vodka Sauce made from scratch. All ingredients are easily available at local grocery stores or even in your own home right now so impressing your friends and family with your incredible pasta making skills has never been easier!No experience needed! All ingredients and cooking equipment is provided for you so all that’s needed is a passion for food and a willingness to learn something new.From the budding chef who wants to expand on their culinary prowess to the person who has never picked up a spatula, this class caters to all and welcomes all levels of learning! Upon arrival, please do not enter the building. The Chef will meet all guests at check in time at the building entrance to allow access. Please note that late arrivals will not be admitted and the door will close 5 minutes after the class start time. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.
